Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. We will gladly accept undamaged items returned within 30 days of receipt for exchange or full refund, less delivery charges and 10% restocking fee. This applies only to products which HomeWaterSafety is the direct seller of - for all other product you must contact the direct seller for any exchanges and return. The policies of those sellers may be different that HomeWaterSafety and HomeWaterSafety accepts no responsibility for any exchanges or returns of those products.

Before considering a return be sure that you have correctly read the instructions for each product and have it correctly installed.

To return any product, simply e-mail us at sales@homewatersafety.com for a Return Authorization Number. This number should be written on the package that the product is being returned in. Be sure to include a copy of the original invoice with the returned product(s).

Please be sure to package the product carefully in it's original packaging and protect it for shipment by packing it inside another box. We will not issue refunds for items damaged due to poor packaging. Use insurance and tacking numbers to ensure correct handling of all returns.

We will promptly issue a full refund or exchange of the purchase price (less all shipping and handling costs and 10% restocking fee) upon receipt of the returned product(s) provided it is received in good condition. Send all product returns to:
