The Tester will indicate the Temperature of the water to show if the water has the potential to cause injury  -  >120F(49C)

Usage:
Run Tap water on Full Hot for 2 minutes. Hold card by edge and place card under the running tap water and the indicator will show the water temperature range of the tap water. Card is reuseable after 2 minutes of non-use.
Indicator shows at the following temperature ranges:

<104F/40C >104F/40C 109F/43C >120F/49C
